FARB Model Application

The primary goal of the FARB Model Application is to assist regulatory boards in gathering uniform information from applicants. Uniformity at this critical step in the licensure and renewal process is essential for the development of accurate practitioner databases and will facilitate licensure transfer in the future


FARB Model Code of Conduct

The purpose of the FARB Model Code of Conduct is to instill and assure the public’s trust and confidence in its regulatory boards for the licensed professions.

FARB Model Consent Agreement

The FARB Model Consent Agreement (MCA) is a guide for adoption or adaptation by individual regulatory boards, departments or agencies. The MCA will assist regulatory boards in the creation of disciplinary orders that are thorough and consistent and that take advantage of the lessons learned through relevant jurisprudence and experience.

FARB Model to Address Antitrust Issues

FARB offers this Model for Addressing Antitrust Issues as a method by which boards may address the concerns in the opinion, balancing economic factors and the public protection needs met by an effective and efficient state based licensure system.
